Lauren R. Rosen

Lauren R. Rosen was born in New York and raised in South Florida. She attended the University of Central Florida for three years- graduating with honors and making the Dean’s List numerous times- and then finished her undergraduate studies at Nova Southeastern University where she graduated with honors and received her Bachelor’s degree in Pre-law with a minor in Psychology. She graduated from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center with her Juris Doctorate.

Biography Overview

After law school, Lauren was extensively trained in complex commercial litigation but has more recently represented many satisfied clients in first-party property litigation. Lauren now focuses her practice primarily on first-party residential and commercial property coverage, but also continues to represent clients in commercial disputes, landlord/tenant disputes, and personal injury. Prior to her practice of first-party property litigation, Mrs. Rosen represented large financial institutions, corporations, and small business owners involving commercial disputes, real estate, secured transactions, and construction defect litigation. Mrs. Rosen has also dealt with numerous cases involving contested and uncontested divorce and related-family law issues, including the preparation of marital agreements.

While in law school, Mrs. Rosen was a Leo Goodwin Merit-Full Scholarship recipient and Broad Fellowship recipient, in addition to serving as a Certified Legal Intern for Dade Legal Aid focusing on family law. Mrs. Rosen also clerked for the Honorable Judge Ronald Rothschild of the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit in Broward County, Florida.

During and after law school, Mrs. Rosen also dedicated her time as a Guardian Ad Litem in Broward County and Miami-Dade County, FL. In this capacity, she helped abused, neglected, and abandoned children navigate the judicial system. Mrs. Rosen is licensed to practice in Florida and the Southern District of Florida.

Outside of her passion for the law and advocating for her clients’ rights, Lauren is a wife and mother to her two daughters and son. She has a strong passion for helping children and families in need through organizations such as the Kosher Food Bank, Lotus House, and JAFCO.
