Ashley started her legal career with the goal to help as many people as possible, and to provide the best representation to her clients in their time of need. To this day, Ashley continues to provide zealous representation to her clients and stand up to the powerful insurance companies who treat her clients unfairly, demanding her clients are justly compensated. Through her representation, she has been able to consistently win extremely difficult cases through settlement and trial.
Ashley was born and raised in Forest, Ohio. She received her bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Law in the Liberal Arts, as well as her Master of Business Administration from the University of Findlay and graduated with her Juris Doctorate from Florida International University College of Law. While in law school, Ms. Allison was a member of the FIU Law Trial Teamand served as an ambassador on behalf of the law school across the country. She was awarded the Alex Alvarez Trial Advocacy Scholarship, the Joseph A. Reyes Scholarship, the Public Interest Grant, the Faculty Recognition Award, Death Penalty Legal Clinic Award, and the Excellence in Civic Engagement Award.
Ashley started her legal career as an Assistant Public Defender for the Eleventh Judicial Circuitin Miami Dade County, Florida, representing indigent clients in criminal cases ranging from misdemeanor to felony charges and had over thirty-six trials.
Ms. Allison transitioned to civil law in 2018, where she represented multiple insurance companies in First and Third Party insurance claims, as well as representing clients in construction defect and premises liability claims, most notably American Airlines Arenaand the Miami Heat. However, Ashley went back to her true passion of advocating on behalf of her clients, who she views as family while fighting against the unbridled power of insurance companies. Ashley’s goal is to make sure that each client is handled with the attention that she expects someone to care for one of her own family members, and to stand up relentlessly on her clients’ behalf in and out of court.
Ashley is licensed to practice law in Florida. She is a member of the Florida Bar and is admitted in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
Ashley has two small boys and has a passion for traveling, the ocean, and philanthropy. Ashley volunteers her time helping at-risk youth and offering pro-bono legal services as an Attorney Ad Litem. Ashley’s life long mission is to help as many people as possible in and out of the court system.
